Senior Engineering Lead II - Contacts & Recipients

Requirements:

• Strong technical background in backend engineering (Java ecosystem preferred)
• Leadership experience in managing high-performing teams
• Product mindset linking technical efforts to business goals
• Strategic thinking in long-term technical planning
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to haves:

• Experience in fintech, payments, or "Identity/Graph" data domains
• Experience building high-throughput APIs for enterprise/platform clients
• Previous experience scaling a domain from a single team into multiple squads
