Engineering Lead - Business Operations Tooling

Requirements:

• Experience in leading and mentoring software engineers
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Backend engineering and system architecture experience
• Experience with designing complex systems and databases
• Experience with API design and asynchronous messaging
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with JVM languages (Java, Kotlin)
• Financial background is a plus

What You'll Be Doing:

• Define the technical approach for building tools
• Actively participate in product definition and roadmap
• Lead and mentor the team of engineers
• Work with cross-functional teams to build and integrate tools
