Senior Frontend Engineer - AML

Requirements:

• Have solid, demonstrable experience in front-end engineering
• Are comfortable owning medium-sized features end-to-end
• Can work effectively across functions
• Have a product mindset
• Proactively seek feedback, share your work early, and contribute positively to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

Nice to Haves:

• Have back-end experience (Java/Spring Boot, Kafka, or similar)
• Have experience building internal tooling or back-office systems used by operational teams
• Have worked in a regulated environment (financial services, compliance, or trust & safety)
• Are familiar with LLM integration patterns or have experience working with GenAI-powered product features

• Build and improve investigative workflows
• Integrate GenAI capabilities into agent tooling
• Drive UX improvements across our investigative suite
• Contribute to access control and security improvements
• Instrument and analyse agent behaviour
• Contribute to platform campaigns and tech health
