Senior Software Engineer - Generative AI Platform

Requirements

• At least 8 years of engineering background in Python with production experience
• High coding standards and writing effective, scalable, and clean code
• Experience deploying microservices to cloud-based systems
• Experience designing and implementing distributed and concurrent systems
• Knowledge and experience with LLMs and building LLM-based applications
• Experience with agentic frameworks and designing agentic-based workflows
• Experience working with product teams to build out ideas in production
• Stay updated on the latest AI industry developments
• Ability to take initiative while working collaboratively
• Great communicator with the ability to mentor junior engineers
• Customer-focused and empathetic decisions

Nice to Haves

• Solid engineering background in Typescript/Javascript
• Passion for technology and product/user experience
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience with Terraform, GitHub Actions, AWS, or other cloud ecosystems
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized workloads
• Knowledge of Semantic Search and RAG based workflows
• Knowledge or experience with MCP servers
• Interest in payment platforms, foreign exchange, complex systems architecture

What You'll Be Doing

• Building and maintaining a platform for Generative AI systems
• Enabling rapid experimentation and production of AI-based systems
• Providing tooling, guidance, and guardrails for team safety
• Implementing automation, programmatic design, and reusable solutions
• Running and maintaining services with a focus on observability and service management
• Iterating on services for availability, security, and ease of use
