Engineering Lead - Business Operations Tooling

Requirements

• Experience in leading and mentoring software engineers
• Strong communication style and experience working across multiple functions
• Experience in backend engineering and system architecture
• Experience with designing complex systems
• Experience with database handling
• Experience with API design
• Experience with asynchronous messaging
• Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with JVM languages (Java, Kotlin)
• Financial background is a plus

What You'll Be Doing

• Defining the technical approach for building tools, considering short term wins vs long term initiatives
• Actively participating in product definition and roadmap of the team
• Leading and mentoring the team of engineers, ensuring code quality, and driving project completion
• Working with cross-functional teams to build and integrate the tools
