Senior Fullstack Engineer - Customer Risk Assessment

Requirements

• Solid Backend Experience: Strong engineering background in Java (Spring Boot) with experience deploying scalable microservices in a cloud-based environment.
• Frontend Skills: Proficient in building responsive web applications using React and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• High Coding Standards: Ability to write clean, scalable, and testable code with knowledge of test coverage best practices.
• Systems Architecture Knowledge: Experience with designing and implementing distributed, concurrent systems.
• Product Mindset: Capable of breaking down complex projects into incremental milestones for immediate customer value.
• Great Communication: Skilled in articulating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build the full stack: Design, develop, and deploy resilient backend microservices in Java (Spring Boot) and build frontends using React and TypeScript.
• Create a 360-degree risk view: Develop centralized tools that aggregate data across multiple fincrime topologies for customer risk profiles.
• Drive risk mitigation: Own and develop common components of risk mitigation handling for standardized workflows.
• Scale operations: Address bottlenecks in servicing and compliance processes with platform solutions for other Wise product teams.
• Take ownership: Lead the product journey from problem identification to execution plan and production deployment.
