Requirements

BTech/BE or higher technical education in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
A total of 4+ years of relevant experience in design, development, and implementation
Proven experience in AI engineering, with a focus on agent-based systems
Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable AI-driven workflows that enhance IT operations
Knowledge of implementing integration projects is essential, including hands-on experience with automation technologies, middleware, integration architecture patterns, and more
Strong working knowledge of APIs—RESTful, SOAP/XML. Solid understanding of data structures—JSON. Sound knowledge of any RDBMS/NoSQL

Nice to Have

Hands-on experience with Java, Python, or Ruby
Experience working with integration platforms such as TIBCO, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or other integration/automation tools
Experience with cloud technologies—iPaaS, SaaS applications, and cloud infrastructure
Experience with Workato
Experience working with cloud business apps like Workday, NetSuite, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Marketo

Implement agent-based AI solutions using the Workato Agentic AI platform
Develop advanced techniques to enable LLMs and agents to execute complex workflows
Act as a technical solutions expert and troubleshooter for AI-driven architectures
Develop and maintain robust AI-powered IT workflows
Monitor and improve AI system performance
Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams
Contribute to internal process improvements and product development
