What You'll Be Doing

Break down larger projects into tasks, deliver in phases, and collaborate for timely delivery.
Support product development by working with product management, design, and analytics; participate in ideation and decision-making.
Maintain operations and availability of team artifacts by creating and monitoring metrics, escalating issues, and supporting on-call efforts.
Contribute to team community through growth activities and participation in interview processes.
Participate in an on-call rotation as a job requirement.

Requirements

At least 1.5 years of experience as a software engineer.
Experience designing, developing, and launching backend systems; proficiency in Python or Kotlin.
Experience shipping web applications using declarative UI frameworks such as React or Vue.
Comfortable navigating large codebases, debugging, and providing code review feedback.
Ability to translate simple problems or business scenarios into multi-component software solutions with clear, well-tested, and extensible code.
Demonstrated ownership of personal growth and proactive feedback seeking from team and stakeholders.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with a global engineering team.

Experience developing and architecting mobile applications, preferably with declarative UI frameworks like React Native.
