Requirements

• Proven experience in software development, preferably on RF products.
• Experience applying AI/ML to engineering problems (anomaly detection, data analysis, automation).
• Strong object-oriented and functional programming skills: Java / Python (Rust is a plus).
• Proven ability to develop high quality software products.
• Experience working with international teams.
• Self-starter with an agile mindset.
• Excellent English communication, problem solving, analytical and debugging skills.

Nice to Haves

• BSc / MSc / Dipl.-Ing. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD.
• Experience leveraging AI/ML for anomaly detection in high-volume data systems.
• Multithreading and parallel processing expertise.
• Integration, system and end-to-end testing experience.
• Knowledge of 2G/3G/4G and preferably 5G mobile communication technologies.
• Understanding of RF systems and RF building blocks.
• Ability to conduct in-depth design and code reviews.
• Good requirement gathering and project breakdown skills.
• Experience working on developer-facing tools or automation frameworks.

What You'll Be Doing

• Collaborating across multiple disciplines to bring innovative cellular and RF products to millions of customers.
• Building tests, tools, and frameworks utilising AI and ML to solve complex RF system problems and scale automation.
• Developing tools for the configuration of integrated cellular RF products.
• Working with RF teams on-site and globally to build software solutions using big data, AI, and machine learning.
• Handling end-to-end responsibilities from requirements gathering, design and architecture to development and delivery.
