Requirements

Several years of experience managing people managers and being accountable for an engineering organization with 30+ engineers.
Recent, hands-on experience shipping mobile applications.
Ability to thrive in high-complexity environments and balance competing priorities with ownership and initiative.
Fast and curious learner capable of absorbing and applying new information across diverse problem spaces.
Low ego, comfortable with both technical/product details and presenting strategy to executive leadership.
Curiosity about emerging technologies and willingness to leverage them to improve team productivity and decision-making.

What you'll be doing

Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4 Engineering Managers and approximately 35 engineers, managing hiring, performance, and career growth.
Drive delivery of high-quality mobile experiences across multiple products, ensuring code quality and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with Product and Design leaders to develop a multi-product mobile strategy based on shared platform investments.
Manage relationships across the organization, advocate for the Mobile Group, remove blockers, and create clarity in a fast-moving environment.
Serve as a senior leader at the Warsaw site, supporting operational, cultural, and cross-functional initiatives and growing other leaders.
