What You'll Be Doing

• Taking full ownership of large product areas, including researching customer needs, competitor analysis, writing specs, and designing wireframes.
• Building reusable building blocks across the stack and driving innovation in software for Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.
• Shipping features end-to-end at a high pace and being a guide and example for other engineers.
• Collaborating naturally with a small, talented team in a low-meeting, high-ownership culture.
