Requirements

• B.S. or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, or a related field
• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Working knowledge of reliability engineering concepts
• Experience building on public cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, Java, or similar languages

Nice to haves

• Experience building self-healing, auto-remediation, or event-driven operational automation
• Experience with containers, Kubernetes, cloud-native architectures, APIs, and distributed systems
• Passion for building reliable, secure, and scalable systems

• Leading reliability automation projects from design to delivery
• Developing and maintaining shared automation, tooling, and platform services
• Automating incident response workflows and diagnostics
• Participating in a 24x7 on-call rotation
