Requirements

• 5+ years in Data Science and ML, preferably at a tech company
• Hands-on experience with large-scale ranking, recommender, or personalization systems
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn
• Experience with learning-to-rank, collaborative filtering, gradient boosting, and experimentation
• Ability to drive projects from problem discovery to production impact

What You'll Be Doing

• Improving ranking and recommendations for the home screen and personalized screens
• Building recommendations to help customers discover new restaurants, stores, and items
• Designing and running A/B tests to measure the impact of changes
• Taking models from research to production and monitoring them
• Shaping technical direction and exploring new recommenders
