What you'll be doing

• Work side by side with Software Engineers and Site Reliability Engineers on developing cutting-edge AI tools to enhance developer productivity as part of a Scrum team
• Build and own software end to end including design, development, testing, maintenance, and support
• Engage actively in team meetings, roadmap planning, technical vision development, and knowledge sharing across the engineering department
• Contribute to developing and fostering Box culture
• Represent Box Poland both internally and externally
• Participate in on-call rotation to respond to and triage issues as they arise

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in related fields
• 1+ years of professional software development experience
• Familiarity with Linux fundamentals
• Proficient in at least one programming language, preferably Python, Go, or JavaScript
• Proficient in English
• Solid coding skills

Nice to haves

• Knowledge of Kubernetes
• Familiarity with shell scripting and system administration
• Hands-on experience with Containers/Docker
• Networking basics
