Requirements

• 10–15 years of relevant experience
• Deep expertise in Machine Learning
• Proficiency in Python and at least one major ML framework
• Understanding of modern recommendation-system approaches
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Experience designing scalable data and ML pipelines
• Ability to operate as a senior individual contributor
• Comfortable navigating highly ambiguous technical and product problems

What you'll be doing

• Define and lead the technical strategy for AI and Machine Learning systems
• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade models
• Build and deploy production AI agents
• Architect end-to-end ML pipelines
• Define and evolve experimentation strategies
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data leadership
• Mentor and elevate senior individual contributors
• Champion responsible AI practices

Nice to haves

• Experience in areas such as recommendation systems, ranking, retrieval, personalisation, or NLP
• Experience prompting and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Experience with technologies such as Spark, Airflow
• Track record of mentoring and developing other engineers
