Senior Software Engineer - Engine Orchestration

Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science or comparable education
• 5+ years of professional experience building Java applications that are scalable, reliable and testable
• Fluency in Java and Python is required
• Strong experience with data-intensive, performance-critical distributed systems
• Experience rolling out changes across a large fleet of distributed systems
• Track record of developing and operating systems that process data workloads at scale
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms
• Ability to turn customer-facing problems into executable plans
• Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead design and delivery of services across new and existing microservices
• Evolve the new premium query engine by owning and delivering entire feature sets
• Drive query engine migration milestones end to end
• Establish and extend AI agent tooling
• Sustain operational and security robustness of Tier 0 and Tier 1 services
