Requirements

Strong engineer passionate about developer experience, API design, and reliable production code
Experience building or maintaining SDKs, client libraries, or developer tools, preferably in Python and/or TypeScript
Deep understanding of performance including profiling, benchmarking, and minimizing CPU/memory overhead
Ability to manage projects independently and make informed decisions on development and shipping
Thoughtfulness about versioning, backwards compatibility, and migration strategies
Interest in open source software and enthusiasm for engaging with developers on integration challenges
Ability to thrive in a small, accountable team with visible and impactful output
CS or quantitative degree preferred
