• Improved LLM-powered, agent-powered, or AI-product systems through evals, feedback loops, data curation, etc.
• Deep care about evaluation as a craft
• Strong applied MLE judgment
• Comfortable working closely with users and product teams
• Self-directed, practical, and motivated by open-ended problems
• Passionate about making AI systems useful in real enterprise settings

What You'll Be Doing:

• Own the eval strategy for North
• Build high-quality evals from user feedback and product realities
• Create systems for continuous evaluation based on user learnings
• Be the voice of North inside modelling
