What You'll Be Doing

Build automation systems to create and manage Alerting environments, focusing on fast, realistic test environments to shorten feedback loops for engineers and AI-assisted workflows.
Collaborate with SRE, Core Infrastructure, and Alerting engineering teams to understand needs and provide effective solutions.
Lead infrastructure projects and improve CI/CD and developer tooling, including deployment processes.
Identify reliability bottlenecks and design solutions such as load testing and pre-production infrastructure testing.
Enhance infrastructure isolation and implement automatic scaling of services under load.

Requirements

Interest in operations and infrastructure challenges with strong coding skills for automation.
Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and propose short-term and long-term solutions.
Team player with excellent collaboration skills across multiple development teams.
