What you'll be doing

Take on projects ranging from clearly scoped to genuinely ambiguous, working with senior engineers to break down the harder ones, and growing your own ability to do that over time.
Build automation and tooling that removes manual work from how we run our SaaS and identity platforms.
Help administer and support platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, and our identity systems, including day-to-day troubleshooting.
Write clear documentation for the work you do, so others can pick it up.
Work with teammates, Security, People, and Corporate Development/M&A stakeholders to understand requirements before you build.
Use GenAI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) to automate repeatable parts of your own work, like scripting, research, and documentation.
Build technical depth in one or more of the team’s core platform areas over time.

Requirements

Solid experience administering and working on projects with enterprise SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian etc.
Experience with identity and SSO systems (e.g. Okta)
Software engineering or scripting skills in Python, Go, JavaScript, or other general-purpose languages and experience with the APIs of the team’s core platforms above.
Proficiency in using AI coding tools (e.g. Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) in the full software development lifecycle, including designing, generating code, testing, monitoring and releasing software. AI is your default way of working, not an add-on.
