Associate Tech Lead

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building large-scale distributed web platforms or APIs, with 1-2 years in a technical lead role
• Strong software architecture and engineering fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with Java/Spring, JavaScript frameworks, and GraphQL or REST APIs
• Broad system design knowledge across frontend and backend systems
• Experience improving software quality through testing, CI/CD, and observability
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Fluency in English, Italian language skills are a plus
• Ability to work full-time in a hybrid model based in Milan

• Lead technical direction of the Brand Success squad
• Deliver high-quality solutions and balance short-term and long-term priorities
• Raise engineering quality and streamline processes for scalability
• Support operational readiness and incident response
• Help engineers develop their skills through technical guidance and problem-solving
