Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related field
• Hands-on research experience in areas like Large Language Models, NLP, agents
• Strong understanding of modern machine learning methods
• Programming skills in Python and modern ML frameworks
• Experience applying research to real-world problems
• Collaboration and communication skills

What you'll be doing

• Research, develop, and evaluate new approaches for Generative AI and foundation models
• Design and run rigorous experiments in various AI areas
• Develop models, prototypes, and scalable capabilities
• Build methods for model training, evaluation, and continuous improvement
• Work with large-scale data to formulate research problems and measure impact
• Collaborate across research, engineering, and product teams
