Requirements

• 6+ years coding in Scala, Java, Kotlin or Objective-C/Swift
• Experience building distributed systems at scale
• 4+ years managing engineers and leading teams
• Solid track record of hiring, mentoring and building inclusive cultures
• Deep understanding of software engineering best practices and agile delivery
• Strong product mindset – focus on user experience as well as technology

Nice to haves

• Exposure to machine learning or data-powered products
• Full-stack development experience
• Hands-on familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps tooling
• Background in consumer technology or mobile applications
• Experience with A/B testing
