IAM Secrets Management Engineering - SRE Platform Engineer - VP - London

Requirements

• Deep understanding of high-availability systems architecture
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services and supporting Windows & Linux environments
• Proficient with infrastructure as code (i.e. Terraform)
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (i.e. Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of observability tools for monitoring and logging (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, and BQL)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex issues
• Strong communication and technical leadership abilities

Nice to Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in SRE / DevOps / Platform infrastructure or related roles
• Experience working in finance or another highly regulated industry is desirable but not essential

What You'll Be Doing

1. System Reliability, Performance, and Security:
   • Design, implement, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure systems on AWS cloud services
   • Monitor system performance, reliability, and security, identifying and resolving issues
   • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, owning root cause analysis and incident management
2. Infrastructure Transformation, Management, and Security:
   • Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes with focus on security
   • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery
   • Ensure infrastructure security and compliance with industry standards
3. Collaboration and Communication:
   • Provide technical leadership and mentoring
   • Work closely with development, product, and security teams
   • Communicate effectively with stakeholders
