Requirements

• Experience with Java, JavaScript, and Spring Boot
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (U.S. or foreign equivalent)
• Experience designing and implementing low latency, high throughput, fault-tolerant distributed systems
• Experience with microservices architecture and API development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Comfort with Agile operating models

Nice to Haves

• Hands-on experience with Java and Rx* variants
• Experience with Kafka or similar messaging technologies

• Drive the design and implementation of critical technology stack components and new features with focus on code quality, automation, and testability
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to build customer-centric products
• Contribute to product vision, roadmap, and foster an engineering culture within the global team
• Design systems using cloud and on-premises technologies ensuring performance, longevity, and scalability
• Contribute to SDLC documentation, guidelines, templates, patterns, and controls
• Perform code and system design reviews, establish code quality standards and best practices for distributed systems
• Mentor and develop junior technical talent
• Communicate effectively with leadership, engineers, and business teams
