• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
• Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

Nice to haves:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.

What you'll be doing:

• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with technical and management expertise.
• Help grow the presence in Warsaw and sustain a healthy and collaborative culture for the new team.
• Lead a team to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions.
• Participate in design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologies.
• Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.
