Application Security Engineering Manager

Requirements:

• Strong communicator with technical and leadership skills
• Engineering background in application security
• Comfortable with Python, JavaScript, AWS, GCP, and GitHub Actions
• People management experience in security engineering
• Experience leading or contributing to an AppSec program in a fast-growing company

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with Kubernetes from an operational/security perspective
• Familiarity with tools like Semgrep, Wiz, HackerOne, GitHub Actions
• Prior experience as a Staff or Principal security engineer

• Leading, supporting, and growing the AppSec team
• Owning formalization of AppSec strategy and roadmap
• Being a credible technical partner to your team
• Defining and maintaining the team's operating rhythm
• Representing AppSec externally when relevant
