Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience building and shipping production-grade AI-driven solutions to customers using Python, TypeScript, or similar languages.
• Experience leading technical discovery sessions to define AI and hardware infrastructure requirements.
• Experience designing and building AI systems on cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience building pipelines for structured and unstructured data and incorporating vector databases.

Nice to Haves

• Master’s degree or PhD in AI, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• Experience implementing multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangGraph or CrewAI.
• Knowledge of large language model native metrics and techniques for optimizing state management.

• Architect and code connective tissue between Google’s AI products and customer systems.
• Build evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for agentic systems.
• Identify repeatable field patterns and technical friction points to improve Google's AI stack.
• Mentor talent, co-build with customer teams, and influence cross-functional strategies.
