Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in software development using Python or similar languages.
• Experience delivering production-grade AI-driven solutions from conception to launch, including architecting AI systems on cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience building pipelines for structured and unstructured data using vector databases and Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)-like architectures.
• Experience leading technical discovery sessions.

Nice to Haves

• Master’s or PhD in AI, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience implementing multi-agent systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, ADK, and complex patterns like ReAct, self-reflection, hierarchical delegation.
• Knowledge of Large Language Model (LLM-native) metrics (e.g., tokens/sec, cost-per-request) and optimization techniques for state management and granular tracing.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop complex AI applications, evolving prototypes to production-grade agentic workflows including multi-agent systems and Model Context Protocol servers.
• Architect and code integrations between Google’s AI products and customers’ live infrastructure, involving APIs, legacy data silos, and security perimeters.
• Build high-performance evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks to ensure accuracy, safety, and latency of agentic systems.
• Identify common field patterns and friction points to create reusable modules or product feature requests for Google Engineering teams.
• Collaborate closely with customer engineering teams to promote Google-grade development best practices for project success and high user adoption.
