Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
• 3 years of experience in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.
• 2 years of experience leading projects and providing technical leadership.

• Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, build, and operate software to enhance the availability, scalability, efficiency, security, and latency of Google Cloud's most critical Identity services, with a focus on supporting AI/ML workloads.
• Solve complex operational and reliability challenges through software engineering and automation.
• Develop deep technical expertise in areas such as large-scale distributed systems, authentication protocols, key management, and failure domain isolation.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to, resolve, and prevent service incidents.
