Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with software development using Python or similar coding languages.
• Experience with production-grade AI-driven solutions from conception to launch and architecting AI systems on cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience building pipelines for structured and unstructured data using vector databases and RAG-like architectures for enterprise AI solutions.
• Experience leading technical discovery sessions.

Nice to Haves

• Master’s or PhD in AI, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience implementing multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, ADK and complex patterns such as ReAct, self-reflection, hierarchical delegation.
• Knowledge of LLM-native metrics (e.g., tokens/sec, cost-per-request) and techniques optimizing state management and granular tracing.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop complex AI applications, transitioning rapid prototypes to production-grade agentic workflows including multi-agent systems and MCP servers.
• Architect and code integration layers connecting Google’s AI products to customer infrastructure, handling APIs, legacy data silos, and security perimeters.
• Build high-performance evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks to meet requirements for accuracy, safety, and latency.
• Identify field patterns and friction points in Google’s AI stack and convert them into reusable modules or formal product feature requests.
• Collaborate with customer engineering teams to implement Google-grade development best practices for project success and adoption.
