Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
• 3 years of experience in AI/ML related engineering.
• 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role with software design and architecture, leading technical design and managing team execution.

Nice to haves

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience in developing, deploying, managing, and maintaining machine learning models and infrastructure.
• Experience in machine learning, building/training AI models, back-end data infrastructure or data engineering.
• Knowledge of data engineering practices and principles (e.g., tools, processes, pipelines, etc.).

What you'll be doing

• Own and drive building AI driven capabilities and features for Search Web and Lens.
• Define and implement technical vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Coordinate, navigate and drive multiple projects and initiatives within your area of responsibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across the world and different parts of the organization to drive project delivery.
• Build and manage a high-performing team, grow individuals and help them achieve outcomes across different projects and areas.
