Engineering Manager - Observability | Sweden | Remote

Requirements:

• Experience in Observability or building a central control plane
• Comfortable working with autonomous engineering teams
• Ability to collaborate across time zones and cultures in a remote environment
• Deep customer focus and technical understanding
• Strong understanding of distributed systems principles
• Comfort with AI-assisted tooling

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage and develop a team of backend and frontend engineers
• Collaborate with go-to-market and product/engineering leadership
• Guide projects from ideation to post-launch
