Requirements

Experience developing in production environments with at least one programming language (Go, TypeScript, Python preferred)
Knowledge of using and securing containerized, cloud-native applications, ideally with Kubernetes
Experience with multiple cloud providers is a strong plus
Experience automating security and compliance processes while enabling developer and employee workflows
Strong interpersonal skills for communication with peers, stakeholders, auditors, and customers
Understanding of security frameworks and certifications such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, NIST, GDPR
Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Contribute technically on the GRC team across certifications, application, build, cloud, and supply chain security, plus internal tooling
Develop, implement, and maintain automated security assurance programs to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements
Create systems and automations for security observability beyond certification requirements
Deploy security and compliance checks as guardrails integrated into daily workflows and build pipelines
Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate security controls into software development lifecycle and operations
Respond to customer security issues, alerts, and incidents
