What You'll Be Doing

• Own technical projects from problem framing through rollout, including gathering user feedback and measuring impact.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Product Design, and backend engineers to build intuitive user experiences using clean, reusable components.
• Contribute to supporting APIs and backend functionality as needed.
• Mentor and collaborate with other engineers, improving team quality through code reviews and design feedback.
• Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and provide technical support during customer escalations.
• Identify areas of high friction in customer experience to address.
• Collaborate with other squads on shared dependencies and contribute to design proposals and technical discussions.
