Requirements

• Strong frontend engineering experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience across the stack, comfortable contributing to backend APIs and services.
• Technical ownership, delivering complex projects and mentoring others.
• Experience operating software in production, including being on-call and incident response.
• Capable of tackling complex engineering problems independently.
• User-focused and pragmatic approach to development with short feedback loops.
• Practical experience using AI coding tools to improve productivity and quality.
• Clear communication skills for fully remote, asynchronous environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own technical projects from problem framing to rollout, including gathering user feedback and measuring outcomes.
• Collaborate with product management, design, and backend engineers to build intuitive user experiences with clean, reusable frontend components.
• Mentor and collaborate with other engineers to raise the engineering bar through code reviews, design feedback, and pairing.
• Participate in on-call rotations for the software you build and contribute to incident response and learning.
• Provide technical support during customer escalations and identify areas of high friction.
• Collaborate with other squads on shared dependencies, contribute to design proposals, and share work via demos and technical discussions.
• Utilize modern AI coding assistants to boost development productivity and quality, supported by company-funded usage budgets.
