Requirements

• Experience shipping user-facing features end to end with visible impact on a product.
• Strong skills in TypeScript, React, and Node.js, with comfort working down to Postgres and AWS.
• Good taste and care for UX, speed, and polish, with the ability to push back when something doesn't feel right.
• Comfortable shaping problems, not just building solutions, and enjoys talking to users to gather insights.
• Ability to take ideas from zero to one, rapidly prototyping and iterating based on user feedback.
• Curious about building with large language models (LLMs); direct experience with prompts, evals, or agents is a bonus but not required.

What you'll be doing

• Owning user-facing features end to end, including talking to users and deciding what to build.
• Building agentic workflows that turn meeting conversations into actionable tasks.
• Helping companies create shared context layers in team workspaces while prioritizing user privacy and ownership.
• Maintaining AI-enhanced notes to keep them accurate and trustworthy.
• Rapidly prototyping and shipping daily experiments to internal apps, collaborating closely with the team and users.
• Expanding Granola’s presence across desktop, mobile, and integrations.

Nice to haves

• Experience or curiosity in working with LLMs including prompts, evals, or agents.
• Familiarity with the Granola tech stack: TypeScript, React, Node.js, Postgres, AWS, and Terraform.
