Requirements:

• Expert knowledge of Natural Language Processing or a related area of machine learning, through academic or industry experience (or both)
• Familiarity with recent advances in NLP and generative AI
• Experience applying machine learning and deep learning methods to NLP-related tasks
• Track record of research excellence and deep understanding of machine learning principles
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with machine learning libraries
• Masters or PhD degree in NLP or a related quantitative subject
• Publication at leading NLP and ML conferences
• Interest in applying NLP concepts to financial data
• Strong communication skills
