What you'll be doing

• Building incident.io's security function from the ground up
• Focusing primarily on cloud security within a new, growing security team
• Shaping security practices from first principles with high autonomy and minimal process overhead
• Balancing security measures to support business agility while maintaining the authority to block releases if necessary
• Securing AI features and AI-driven workflows as part of the product
• Utilizing unlimited AI tools like Claude tokens to enhance work efficiency, including review, testing, and threat modeling
