Requirements

• Enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Knowledge of any programming language such as Go, C#, Python, Ruby on Rails, or Javascript
• Bias for action and ownership; able to ship work, learn from mistakes, and take responsibility
• Curiosity and willingness to question the status quo
• Enjoy collaboration in person, exchanging ideas and feedback
• Passion for building features, tools, or ideas that make an impact
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and embracing change
• Maintain a low ego and stay focused on the wider mission

What you'll be doing

• Join a product team from day one with full participation in stand-ups, code reviews, and production access
• Work alongside full-time engineers on real projects impacting thousands of companies
• Own at least one meaningful project end to end: idea, build, ship, and observe usage
• Develop using Go, TypeScript with React, and Postgres deployed on Google Cloud with GKE and Cloud SQL
• Utilize infrastructure tools like Terraform, BigQuery, PubSub, Cloud Storage, and monitoring tools such as Sentry, Grafana, Prometheus, and Kibana
• Engage with AI-native features including agents that investigate and fix incidents
• Benefit from unlimited AI usage from the start
• Receive mentorship and support from senior engineers while working with hard deadlines and ownership
