Requirements

• Strong hands-on cloud engineering experience across multiple providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience deploying real systems into production and maintaining them reliably in enterprise environments
• Infrastructure-as-code expertise
• Comfortable in customer-facing roles, able to engage with technical and C-level stakeholders
• Ownership mindset to identify and implement improvements proactively
• Fluent in German (C1+ or native) and English
• Kind and collaborative personality

Nice to Haves

• Experience with OpenShift or on-premises deployments
• Background in security or compliance-heavy environments
• Experience in early-stage startups building scalable systems from scratch

What You'll Be Doing

• Deploying the Langdock platform across customer cloud environments using infrastructure-as-code
• Explaining Langdock architecture and building trust with technical and C-level stakeholders
• Guiding customers through deployment processes and acting as primary contact
• Adapting and extending infrastructure code for customer-specific requirements
• Serving as the technical liaison for customer IT, security, networking, and compliance teams
• Translating customer requirements into infrastructure and platform changes
• Connecting customer environments and applications to the platform, including networking and integrations
• Communicating clearly and proactively with diverse stakeholders
• Coordinating and performing regular version upgrades with customers
• Building and maintaining monitoring and alerting systems for deployments
• Participating in on-call rotations to ensure platform reliability
• Driving cost monitoring and efficiency improvements
• Reproducing and resolving bugs related to deployments
• Professionalizing and standardizing deployment setups for scale
• Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and tests for infrastructure code quality
• Contributing to product improvements where infrastructure and application meet
• Creating self-serve documentation for customers based on feedback
