Experience with Go is useful; willingness to work in Go matters more.
Strong platform design judgment with the ability to define stable service boundaries and APIs.
Ability to handle data integrity, tenant isolation, backward compatibility, partial failure, and safe rollout considerations.
Capable of independently investigating unfamiliar systems problems and designing solutions.

What you'll be doing
Owning shared platform capabilities as internal products with defined interfaces and accountability for reliability and evolution.
Turning complex capabilities like model access, agent execution, authorization, queues, integrations, document processing, and sandboxed compute into stable, reusable building blocks.
Designing APIs and failure behaviors, planning migrations, implementing, deploying, making services observable, and operating them in production.
Working with Systems Engineers when new underlying mechanisms are needed, managing service boundaries and lifecycle.
Possibly working on durable agent runtime, model gateway, shared services with explicit contracts, integration and tool platforms, code execution services, and production confidence systems.
Starting in one platform area based on experience and team priorities, then owning its interface and production operation.
Nice to haves
Experience with Go programming language.
