Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience building and shipping full-stack product software using TypeScript, React, Node.js, databases, and queues.
• Ability to explain the impact of your work on users and business outcomes.
• Curious about customer workflows; capable of investigating beyond initial requests and developing well-informed solutions.
• Skill in handling ambiguous problems by identifying priorities, deciding what to exclude, and delivering simple and effective solutions.
• Understanding of large language models' behavior, including context windows, tool calling, streaming, provider differences, and failure modes.
• Ability to use AI tools responsibly to explore ideas and enhance productivity.
• Strong interpersonal skills: sharing context, asking for input, and respectfully disagreeing to improve team output.
• Independent problem-solving capability to design, ship, and operate production systems.
• Must have existing right to work in Germany; no visa sponsorships currently provided.

What you'll be doing

• Own customer problems and outcomes from discovery through production, engaging directly with users.
• Design and build solutions across the stack, iterating quickly and maintaining high software standards.
• Develop new AI-powered products tailored to enterprise workflows, including chat and agent experiences.
• Create innovative interfaces for multi-step agentic work and structured collaborations.
• Build governance and evaluation tools for enterprise-scale agent trustworthiness and management.
• Develop systems to organize content produced by agents, ensuring context and permissions are preserved.
• Extend automation workflows involving tool calls, human input, and business process integration.
• Integrate Langdock AI capabilities into existing business tools such as Excel and Outlook.
• Work autonomously within small squads to own roadmaps, technical decisions, and production operations.

Nice to haves

• Familiarity with the tech stack: TypeScript, React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, React Native, Expo, Node.js, PostgreSQL with Prisma, Redis with BullMQ.
• Experience working with various AI engines including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, Bedrock, Azure, and open-source models.
• Ability to use project management and code review tools like Linear and GitHub.
• Experience in creating product requirement and design documents for asynchronous collaboration.
