Requirements

Professional experience as a software engineer
Solid experience with Python in a web application context; familiarity with web frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Flask (FastAPI preferred)
Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern JS frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js (React & NextJS preferred for internal tooling)
Strong engineering principles and practices including design patterns, testing, clean code, and code reviewing
Previous experience working in a product-focused team
A keen desire to learn and collaborate within a team
Use of AI tools like Copilot, Cursor, or Claude in daily coding activities

Nice to Haves

Exposure to Domain Driven Design, Message-Driven Systems, and Event Sourcing
Experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS
Knowledge of SQL and data schemas
Experience shipping containerized software using Argo, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform

Join the Central Operations team working across core products (Cards, Loans, Motor) to address shared operational challenges
Build internally facing web applications and automations to support Operations teams in delivering efficient and scalable customer outcomes
Work closely with Product, Data Science, and Analytics teams to deploy AI-driven solutions supporting operational agents
Own engineering aspects and ship daily-used features for Ops teams, shaping tools and technical directions
Develop solutions such as custom Ops QA systems, AI-powered call summarization pipelines, and complaint processing improvements
