Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field
• Technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, build, test, deploy, and operate production-grade AI-powered applications, agents, services, integrations, and workflows
• Rapidly move from requirements and ideas to working solutions, prototyping and iterating based on real-world feedback
• Apply strong software engineering practices including code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, documentation
• Build reusable components, accelerators, and engineering patterns
• Learn and adapt quickly in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

Nice to Haves

• Experience with AI-assisted and agentic coding tools
• Knowledge of security, privacy, Responsible AI, compliance, and Microsoft engineering requirements

• Base pay range in the United Kingdom: £93,500.00 - £161,800.00 per year
