Requirements

You have automated bare-metal fleets
Hardware fluency: servers, GPUs, NICs, switches, firmware
8+ years building backend or infrastructure systems, with at least 2 years leading engineers
Deep Linux experience
Shipped production systems in Go
Willing to travel to datacenter sites when required
Team-first mindset

What You'll Be Doing

Build the delivery pipeline in Go for provisioning, configuration, validation, burn-in, and more
Build and lead the team, making hires, coaching, and setting standards
Drive down time-to-acceptance relentlessly
Collaborate with Hardware Design and Fleet Health teams
Handle GPU fleets and partner with Product Managers
