Senior Application Engineer

Requirements:

• Always Be Shipping Mindset: Consistently delivering value to customers with speed and quality.
• 6+ years of experience in developing large-scale applications, preferably with PHP or Java. Experience with Go, C#, or Python is also valued.
• Proven experience in leading architectural decisions and technical initiatives, delivering end-to-end solutions, and optimizing processes.
• Experience in mentoring junior developers and implementing strategies for team growth and skill development.
• Excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with various stakeholders and explain complex problems clearly.
• Creative problem-solving skills, shaping ideas with a product-first approach and resolving complex issues.
• Ability to hold yourself accountable, proactively identify and improve technical or business-related aspects.
