Requirements

• You have experience leading large engineering organisations through other leaders
• You have successfully operated in highly complex organisations
• You are exceptional at building relationships and influencing without direct authority
• You can navigate ambiguity and create clarity
• You have experience scaling organisations

What you'll be doing

• Lead a distributed engineering organisation
• Build and develop Engineering Managers and technical leaders
• Partner with various leaders to define and execute Monzo's European strategy
• Drive alignment and execution across collectives
• Shape market expansion, regulatory requirements, and product development
