Engineering Manager

Requirements:

• Experienced manager with a strong technical and delivery background
• Previous experience as a software engineer
• Comfortable operating with ambiguous problem areas with autonomy
• Delivery experience and ability to guide squads
• Focuses on outcomes over processes

What you'll be doing:

• Taking accountability for delivery across squads
• Fostering a high bar for engineering excellence
• Leading and supporting a group of engineers
• Partnering with senior engineers for technical initiatives
• Leading communication with stakeholders
