Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
At least 4 years of experience programming in C++ and Rust.
Strong background in memory safety, multi-threaded system architecture, or raw data stream manipulation.
Proven ability to quickly onboard, deliver, and improve complex software projects.
Proven track record of independently scoping and delivering complex features within tight release windows.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Previous contributions to Mozilla's mission and codebase.
Experience working within browser engines (Gecko, Chromium, WebKit) or web engine runtime abstractions.
Experience or strong interest in designing or leveraging ML pipelines for automating internal developer workflows.
